As the villa name speaks its own geometry, it resembles a mushroom at first glimpse. It rests on a scenic plot with the Lohagad fort (a mountain fort) on one side and an immense spread of Pawna Lake on the other.
The structure is encased in a gigantic trapezoidal concrete frame with timber finish, having linear deck at every level on all sides.
The exterior frame is lined with LED frame on the edges that glow during dusk on automation, creating a dramatic effect with the lights when seen from the outside especially during the monsoons when the fog glows like an illuminated smoke in the dark.

The Villa is vertically zoned into two parts with reference to a mushroom;
'The stalk' and 'The cap'. The two lower levels (the stalk) comprise of part stilt used for car park and rest area for the gymnasium.
The upper floors (the cap) comprise of the living and dining lounge with a large open kitchen area. The living level has a glass floor to enjoy the plantation and landscape on the ground level. The bedrooms are designed on the level above with wide inter-connecting decks and a common family terrace.
The villa is crowned by a landscaped terrace lounge that holds the infinity pool with a meticulously planned pool deck area.
